Histochemical investigations of the generative organs showed localization of phenolic compounds in trichome secretory cells, idioplasts and formulated hypothesis concerning their role in the ontogenesis of Lysimachia nummularia L. plants. It is shown that plants of the genus Lysimachia at the anatomical level reveal structural heterogeneity of tissues, which is an important part of the system of physiological adaptation. Heterogeneity of tissues is due to the active synthesis of secondary metabolites, their transport and localization. Chromatographic analysis showed that the biochemical composition of the material for collecting bees of the genus Macropis from the flowers of Lysimachia vulgaris L. and Lysimachia nummularia L., characterized by minor components, however, contains a significant amount of one flavonoid. The components of the nutrient medium for the production of Lysimachia nummularia callus culture have been optimized, types of explants and cultivation conditions have been selected. The basic factors influencing the formation of a dolphin tissue and induction of indirect morphogenesis in vitro are established. The peculiarities of obtaining aseptic culture and primary morphogenesis of Lysimachia vulgaris are established. Product Description popup.authors Білоус С.Ю. Гончар Г.Ю. Ліханов А.Ф. Мазура М.Ю.
