The system of indicators and indexes for assessing the level of internal quality assurance (quality of educational activity and quality of higher education) in the HEI is substantiated and improved. There has been further development: the construction of monitoring technology and self-assessment of internal quality assurance facilities based on the ESG standard framework; creation of a tool for measuring the quality of educational activity and the quality of higher education in the HEI on the basis of the qualimetric approach (the basic qualimetric models for assessing the level of quality assurance system in the HEI are exploited and tested; the quality of educational programs; the quality of activities of scientific and pedagogical workers; expert evaluation of the quality of scientific achievements of scientific and pedagogical employees; educational activities of educational applicants).
