The algorithm of functioning of the control system for the formation of a multicomponent portion of the charge, consisting of any number of materials, on the conveyor, taking into account the given location of the components and their ratio in a portion, the total volume capacity of the conveyor, the variable geometry of the unloaded bulk material in relation to the operational information on the progress of the mixing process. The developed neuro-fuzzy control system provides high accuracy of dosage of the charge, taking into account the random stacking of pieces of material on the surface of the portion, which allows you to form portions of the charge materials of the required structure with the given performance of the conveyor.
