Winter breeding lines F3 derived from the crossing of DH31 x Mirhad with Ug99 resistance genes (Sr33, Sr39) and with a high quality bread grade were transferred by the State Institute "Institute of Food Biotechnology and Genomics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" to four selection and genetic establishments of Ukraine. Methodical recommendations for the detection of resistant wheat genes in wheat to the highly virulent strain (races) of Ug99 using polymerase chain reaction have been prepared.
