The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the final use of thermal energy by the consumer (building) by effectively managing its heat consumption on the basis of thermal physical modeling of the heat management process and conducting experimental studies using the original individual heat point. In the course of the work, an analysis was made of the efficiency of heat consumption of buildings in Ukraine and in the world, as well as an analysis of works devoted to experimental and theoretical studies of the regulation of heat consumption by buildings. Theoretical and experimental studies of the effective management of heat consumption of the building using an individual heat point were carried out. A thermophysical model of the thermal regime of a building's premises has been developed. On the basis of the thermophysical model, the methods of ensuring intermittent heating of the premises are investigated. Experimental studies of real-time IHP were carried out with constant monitoring of the main parameters of heat consumption. A comparative analysis of the experimental data obtained for the operation of two IHPs was also performed, depending on the outdoor temperature (weather-dependent regulation) and the time of day (daily regulation). According to the results of the research, the features of heat consumption characteristics of the investigated building were determined during the heating period and the average thermal energy savings were calculated using the efficient heat consumption management algorithm. Research methods are numerical, experimental, data processing and analysis. As a result of the work, a unique base of experimental data on the thermal state of the building and parameters of the operating modes of the individual heat point was obtained and created. The obtained experimental data can be used in the further development of new individual heat points and algorithms for the effective management of heat consumption in buildings.
