The analysis of the known data of theoretical and practical researches of the combined heat pump heat supply systems, as well as their individual components, made it possible to conclude that it is necessary to develop and research the operation of the heat supply systems, which would include various low-temperature heating devices and soil heat exchangers, sources of low-temperature heat for a heat pump. In order to study the optimal design and long-term work of a horizontal ground heat exchanger, its two-dimensional model was developed. For a more detailed analysis of non-stationary heat transfer and hydrodynamics of a coolant in horizontal multi-loop pipe systems, a three-dimensional model of hydrodynamics and heat exchange in the soil system is developed - a horizontal ground heat exchanger - a heat carrier. An analysis of the solar potential for the use of solar installations in the heating systems of the building has been carried out. On the basis of the conducted researches the basic scheme of the combined heat supply system of the building with the use of soil heat and insolation with various constructional execution by low-temperature heating devices and ground heat exchangers-sources of low-potential heat for a heat pump is created.
