The purpose of the work is the development of the phenomenological theory of deformity; development and use of criteria of deformity and their classification in the processes of plastic form-modification; development of theoretical bases for calculating the energy of plastic molding in various processes of pressure processing, simulation of accidents and resistance to the destruction of protective equipment. Methods of research - experimental research of physical and mechanical characteristics of materials on test equipment: testing of special samples from the materials under study on tensile, compression, torsion, torsion with stretching. The processing of the results of experiments by methods of measuring hardness, strain gauging, dividing grids, followed by statistical processing of experimental data, allows us to determine the characteristics and functions of the material. The determined parameters for the formation of a material card at final deformations solve the problem of computer simulation of processes of abandonment of metals by pressure in aviation, automobile and other industries and the destruction of structures of automobiles, planes, and the like.
