The peculiarities of the control object, methods and means of control of the hydraulic parameters of the hydraulic unit are analyzed. New and improved existing methods of measuring the vibrocharacteristics of the unit of the hydro aggregate in three coordinates of the axes, the axial beat of the rotor, the temperature of the pole windings and the mechanical tensity of the ferromagnetic constructions. The influence of non-informative parameters and constructive errors of deviations on the accuracy of measurement results is investigated, methods of their compensation are proposed. An artificial neural network has been developed for the analysis of the technical state of the hydro aggregate.
