The aim is the synthesis, investigation of physical and chemical properties of coordination compounds of 3d- and 4f-metals based on N-, O-, S-containing organic ligands, as well as studies of possible areas of their practical use. Methods: organic synthesis, spectral studies. The practical results: synthesized coordination compounds of some 3d- and 4f-metals based on N-, O-, S-containing organic ligands can be used as growth regulators of plants, have high anti-wear and antifriction properties and are effective additives to industrial oils, grease oils and flotation reagents in the mining industry, as well as they have semiconductor properties and can be used as nanosensitive materials in electronic engineering.
