Section 1. Development and optimization of electrochemical biosensors on the basis of immobilized enzymes and nanomaterials for the determination of arginine popup.stage_title Head Dzyadevych Sergei V., Registration Date 27-02-2019 Organization Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of NASU popup.description2 The laboratory model of an electrochemical biosensor based on immobilized arginase and urease has been developed and its working characteristics have been investigated. Calibration curves were constructed to determine the concentrations of arginine in model solutions. The lower limit of sensitivity of the developed biosensor to arginine was 0.5 µM, the linear range of 0.01-4 mM, the dynamic range of 0.01-8 mM. The high specificity of the biosensor system to arginine is shown, and its selectivity in the presence of a number of amino acids.      The methodical recomentation on laboratory work "Method of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy" was prepared for students of the Institute of high technologies, NSC "Institute of Biology and Medicine" and the Faculty of Radiophysics, Electronics and Computer Systems of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
