The subject of the study is a set of scientific, theoretical and practical aspects metodychnyh of financial and economic system of the national economy and the basics of accounting, analysis and audit of different enterprises and industries. The purpose of the research is to study the different views of scientists on the development of the financial and economic system of the national economy, the current state, problems and prospects of the development of accounting, analysis and audit in Ukraine; identification of existing problems and development of scientific and practical recommendations for their improvement taking into account the development of market relations in Ukraine. Theoretical and methodological basis of the provisions become global economics, legislation, legal documents, the fundamental work of domestic and foreign scientists, general scientific methods of cognition. Scientific novelty of the results is to develop the individual elements of theoretical and methodological foundations on trends and prospects of the financial and economic system of the national economy, finance and economic development strategy of Ukraine's regions, financial and economic tools of management, current state, problems and prospects of development of accounting, analysis and audit of enterprises of various forms of ownership and branches of the economy. The main achievements are: the essence, constituents and basic preconditions of introduction of a permanent monitoring system of financial security of business entities have been determined and the procedure for its formation has been improved; the features of permanent generation within the informational and economic space of innovational changes concerning the increase of the internal development potential in the regions are outlined; the choice is justified and the theoretical models considering the influence of the discount rate on the growth of the economy are proposed; substantiated and improved approaches to the definition of the main instrument for the development of managerial decision; The categories of "commitment", "debt", "calculations" and the formulation of their interpretation and connections are investigated; The model of the process of implementation of the information system of cost accounting accounting was developed, which includes three key blocks: analysis of enterprise processes, development of internal regulations and implementation of cost management system; the information model of the automated audit of the efficiency of the enterprise activity is made; defined and proposed to use the direction of development and improvement of the compulsory medical insurance system; substantiated compliance with the principle of accounting "full coverage" in the preparation of financial statements; justified the feasibility of using liquidity ratios for analyzing the insurer's assets liquidity and modifying them in order to take into account the particulars of the insurance business; the existing approaches to taxation of agricultural enterprises are researched and the ways of development of the existing system of taxation are determined; A unified generalized form for the calculation of the share of agricultural products, as an addition to the declaration of the payer of the unified tax group 4 has been developed.
