The purpose of the research is to improve the management system through high quality training of specialists with higher military operational and strategic, and operational and tactical level degree based on the competent model of training of military specialists and innovative pedagogical technologies; to introduce a tool set for the control of quality of training of military specialists into the practice of a higher military educational institution. Main results of the research are: - information on the control of training quality of specialists with higher military operational and strategic, and operational and tactical level degree has been generalized; - system of internal quality assurance of educational activity and quality of higher education at the National Defense University of Ukraine named after Ivan Cherniakhovskyi have been substantiated; - organizational and methodological recommendations on the control of quality of training of specialists with higher military operational and strategic, and operational and tactical level degree have been suggested. The implementation of the suggested approaches will improve the content of the training of specialists with higher military operational and tactical, and operational and strategic level degree. Methods of the research: analysis of national and foreign philosophic, psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, synthesis, systematization, comparison, generalization and methods of empirical research.
