The purpose of the work is the development of methodological and practical bases of rationing and stimulating research in the socio-humanitarian sphere on the basis of foreign experience. Research methods - dialectical and empirical methods, methods of analysis and synthesis, classification, comparison, method of terminological analysis, scientific abstraction and economic and mathematical methods.
