The studied substances according to the acute toxicity data, estimated during 14 days after single oral administration, showed low toxicity with partial manifestations of neuroactive action, peculiar to 1.4-benzodiazepine derivatives. Under the used dosage regime there were no substantial influence on morphology and appearance of the internal organs, disturbances in the acute period (12-48 hours). Animals appearence recovered during the supevision period.
