The purpose of the study is the creation of new perspective, stable wound dressings with complex proteolytic activity. The proteinase Bacillus thuringiensis entrapment by the method of noncovalent immobilization into an improved polymer matrix fixed on two-layer gauze napkins was obtained a preparation with a high preservation of the complex of activities (up to 74%), prolonged action. Two methods for the preparation of a sterile preparation: using gamma-irradiation with doses of 12-24 kGy or using the method of sterilizing filtration to obtain a sterile proteinase solution and then making napkins under aseptic conditions have been proposed.
