The effect of 22 synthesized benzylideneananilines and related compounds on tyrosinase activity was studied, 7 of them are effective enzyme inhibitors. The molecular docking method shown embedding benzylideneanilines in the catalytic pocket of tyrosinase. The most important structural parameter is the presence of an OH-group at the 2-position of the aminophenol ring. QSPR analysis of the relationship structure of benzylidenanilines - the effectiveness of tyrosinase inhibition showed, that lipophilicity is the most significant factor (~ 73.8%). The synthesis of L-DOPA was carried out using isolated tyrosinase in methylene chloride, the formation of the product was 30%.
