The purpose of research - to create of chickpea varieties with certain parameters, to study of the influence of different agronomic traits on productivity. Research methods: statistical and hybrid analyzes. Theoretical and practical results: it was revealed that the level of tying hybrid seed is largely dependent on ambient conditions. The system to grade the genetic material at various stages of the selection process on the basis of drought tolerance and resistance to diseases with infectious backgrounds was improved. As a result of the work identified a number of lines of chickpeas, which in years with unfavorable weather conditions capable of forming a seed yield of 1 t/ha, and maximum productivity in an enabling environment for more than 2,5 t/ha. All of them form large seeds, weighing more than 400 g and adapted to the growing conditions and mechanical harvesting. Introduction: varieties chickpeas Yaryna (2017) and Dostatok (2018) were transfered to the State Variety Trial.
