Enriched with a collection of new forms, varieties and hybrids of plants (Silhium - 12, Populus - 27, Paulownia - 4 samples) as a source of biofuels of the first and second generation. In the implementation of the theme used by general scientific and special research methods.The conditions for surface sterilization and the introduction of Populus plants into an in vitro culture were chosen, the effectiveness of the proposed techniques was more than 70%.
