Enriched with a collection of new forms, varieties and hybrids of plants (Silhium - 12, Populus - 27, Paulownia - 4 samples) as a source of biofuels of the first and second generation. In the implementation of the theme used by general scientific and special research methods.The conditions for surface sterilization and the introduction of Populus plants into an in vitro culture were chosen, the effectiveness of the proposed techniques was more than 70%. It was found that the use of a three-stage solution treatment is optimal for surface sterilization. The proposed methods of introducing plants into a sterile culture and their microclonal reproduction.According to the materials of research published 13 scientific papers and filed an application for a patent.
