The purpose of the research is to determine the theoretical basis of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" legal provisions. Research methodology: research work is based on a systematic approach to the interpretation of anti-corruption legislation, the provisions of related branches of law and the practice of their application. The system-structural approach involves the study of subjects covered by the law. System-functional and structural-functional allow to estimate transformations of these subjects. Dialical and formal-logical approaches are also applied. The axiological approach allows us to weigh the rules and their interpretations from the standpoint of universal and other national values. Theoretical results of the research: phenomenological and empirical knowledge of anti-corruption measures, are reflected in scientific articles, abstracts of conferences, monographs, comments, manuals and methodical recommendations on the enforcement of anti-corruption legislation. Practical results of the study: the genesis of corruption and anti-corruption activities is identified, and an appropriate methodology for understanding the relationship between the legal norms of anticorruption legislation and the conceptual apparatus of the research problem is applied. These results are important for the employees of the courts and law enforcement agencies during their professional activities. Novelty of the research: a systematic commentary on the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" was created with recommendations for its improvement; monographs, scientific articles and reports at scientific conferences. Doctor's dissertation is being prepared, master's theses are prepared. These works are evaluated for a number of parameters as having a sufficient level of novelty and theoretical relevance. The commentary will be able to use to prepare for lecture classes on the courses "Theory of state and law", "Administrative law", "Administrative process", "Criminal law", "Criminal the process"," Normability of public administration bodies "," Judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine ", etc. The material we have prepared will be useful in civil servants and judges training courses.
