The subject of the research is a stress strain state of a wafer shell of the rocket technique. The objective of the research is the development of the model and the common method of fracture loads evaluation including plastic deformations of a material. In the technical report, the mathematical model and the numerical algorithm have been suggested for evaluation of wafer shells' strength that are loaded by internal pressure. Methods of adaptive meshing have been developed for evaluation of limit pressure at wafer shells including plastic deformations. The stress strain state of the first stage of the rocket has been evaluated. Finally, the most probable fracture zones have been described.
