Alkyl, alkyl-functionalized, aryl, heterocyclic esters of aliphatic and aromatic thiosulfonic acids are synthesized. The physical and chemical properties of synthesized compounds were investigated and a computer screening of predicted biological activity was carried out under the PASS program. A microbiological synthesis of laboratory samples of bioparticles was conducted, their physical and chemical properties concerning the influence on the compounds of the thiosulfonate structure were studied. It has been shown that phenyl and 4-methoxyphenyl esters of methane-ethanediosoulfonic acid exhibit high activity in all investigated five strains of mushrooms (Diplodia zeae, Alternaria radicina, Verticillium dahlia, Fusarium vasinfectum, Fusarium oxysporum) in in vitro experiments, exceeding in some cases such fungicides, such as zineb and captan (in identical concentrations), and in higher concentrations, they show better results in comparison with the fig.
