The methods of obtaining and synthesized samples of alkane-cycloalkane, arsenic thiosulfonates, nitroprotein naphthoquinones and their structure were investigated, IR-NMR spectroscopy methods were characterized, and their physical and chemical properties were characterized. The method of microbial synthesis produced environmentally safe surfactants of the biogenic origin of the bacteria of genera Pseudomonas and Rhodococcus. Characterized physical and chemical properties (surface tension, emulsifying, wetting ability) and biological activity of the obtained biosurfactants. Experimental studies of the antibacterial effect of synthesized samples of thiosulfonates and naproquinones on cultures of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycobacterium luteum, Mycobacterium fortuitum, Mycobacterium bovis, Mycobacterium avium have been carried out. The obtained results confirm the promise of derivatives of thiosulfonates and naproquinones as antibacterial, including anti-TB agents.
