They inactivated the enzyme at micromole level by the mechanism of competition, noncompetitive or mixed inhibition depending on the chemical structure. Influence of environment (temperatures and presences of anions) is investigational on activity of enzyme, energy of activating of hydrolysis of furin of synthetic substrate (65,9 kJ/mol) is expected. It is shown that after the degree of influence on an enzyme anions form the Hofmeister's lyotropic row: SO42-.> NO3 - > CH3COO-, the order of ions in that depends on the terms of realization of catalytic reaction.
