Research methods - literary and analytical. The analysis of the work of the international body - the Kimberley Process was carried out. The results can be used by the Ukrainian participants of the rough diamonds market to improve their activities in accordance with the requirements of the Kimberley Process Settlement Scheme and legislation in this area. The materials presented in the report serve as the basis for the instruction (manual) on working with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme in Ukraine.
