The purpose of the work is to develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving the mechanism for collecting and administration a SSC and PIT in Ukraine. Methods of research - the methodological basis for the study was the use of a set of general scientific and special research methods: historical and logical; system-structural analysis; comparative analysis; logical reasoning methods and argumentation; generalization and systematization. The scientific novelty and practical significance of the scientific results obtained are the following: systematization of the problems and risks of introducing a single form of reporting with SSC and PIT; studying the approaches and principles for reporting on personal income tax and social security contributions in different countries, most of which, along with the mandatory pension insurance, are supplementary compulsory pension insurance; assessment of the prospects for the introduction and substantiation of the author's principles for the formation of a standardized form of reporting, as well as the development of a standardized reporting form model. Approval of research results. As a result of the work carried out by the author's team, 37 works were published, including 10 articles in the publications included in the science-computer databases. Participated in 25 scientific and communicative events. The main provisions of the study were discussed at the meetings of the author's team and methodological seminars with the representatives of the Department of Taxes and Charges of Individuals in SFS.
