The object of research is the system of customs clearance on importation of vehicles into the territory of Ukraine. The study is working out proposals for improving the control accuracy of determining the customs value of vehicles crossing the customs border of Ukraine. Methods - the method of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, abstraction, dialectical knowledge (to form the theoretical basis of the study), the method of comparative legal knowledge (analysis of national norms of customs legislation of the investigated issues). The current state control over the correctness of determining the customs value of vehicles in Ukraine, namely investigated the practice of local customs to control the accuracy of the customs value of the vehicle, generally domestic jurisprudence of cases on the customs value of the vehicles identified aspects of this field and peculiarities of customs clearance of vehicles at Odessa customs SFS. Developed scientifically based proposals for improving the control accuracy of determining the customs value of vehicles crossing the customs border of Ukraine aimed at strengthening control over the expert report in terms of accuracy of determining the customs value of vehicles and their components, development of thematic information and help ensure customs SFS and forming effective methodological support to control the accuracy of determining the customs value of transport s vehicles. Prepared Guidelines for monitoring the accuracy of determining the customs value of vehicles crossing the customs border of Ukraine, which contain features of monitoring the accuracy of determining the customs value of vehicles, specificity expert valuation of vehicles and description of the main reference information used in this field. Use of the proposals received as a result of Research report will allow to increase the effectiveness of control over the correctness of determining the customs value of vehicles.
