The study of seasonal and annual changes in legume-grass agrophytocenoses, the quantitative ratio of legumes and grasses, extension of their longevity in phytocenoses was carried out using methodology and methodological aspects that are widely used in international scientific practice and meet the requirements of ISO, including widely approved methodological recommendations on conducting research in fodder and meadow production. The basic principles of the ecological restoration of the degenerate natural forage lands of the right-bank Forest-Steppe were formed and scientific-methodical recommendations were developed on the technology of the ecological reconstruction of the degenerate grasslands of the Forest-Steppe for organic production of fodder. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of technology for the reconstruction of degenerate grasslands of the Forest-Steppe for organic production of fodder, which is based on the fundamental improvement of degenerate grasslands with the use of perennial grasses after a one-year field period. Technology for fodder grass green weight yield 45,2-58,2 t / ha of dry matter 12,8-14,3 t / ha with a content of 17,8-18,3% crude protein, metabolizable energy 9 1- 9.2 MJ / kg, with an energy ratio of 3.40-5.15, an energy efficiency ratio of 1.78-2.62. The cost recovery in this case amounts to 1.73-1.85 UAH, and the profitability level is 98-112%. The development allows to increase the productivity of degenerate forage lands by 2-3 times.
