Also, 150 patients of high and very high CVR were trained in Schools of health "Fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle" and individual counseling. There were 21 (28,0 %) men, 54 (72,0 %) women in the cohort of group counselling; 25 (33,0 %) men and 50 (67,0 %) women in individual counselling. European recommendations (ESC/EAS, 2013) and recommendations of the Ukrainian Association of cardiologists (2012) on prevention and treatment of CVR were applied for verification of persons with elevated CVR. The calculation of CVR was carried out using the Riskcalculator (CV-Risk and Prevention); the calculation of the Charlson comorbidity index was carried out by the method (M. E. Charlson et al., 2012). It was found that multimorbidity, modified and unmodified risk factors significantly affect the prognosis and end points at high and very high CVR, and even more so on the characteristics of the disease and the effectiveness of treatment. Given the high frequency of multimorbidity among patients with NCDS, the determination of the comorbidity index along with the assessment of CVR allows a more thorough approach to the participation of patients in individual and group complex therapeutic, rehabilitation and preventive measures. For modern medical practice, the problem is not the treatment of a single nosology, but the treatment of a particular patient, taking into account all possible risk factors and multimorbidity.
