The most promising microsatellites for sweet cherry were EMPA015, EMPAS02, EMPAS06, PceGA34 and PS12A02, and for sour cherry - PceGA34, UDP98-412, EMPAS06 and EMPA015, for rootstocks - EMPAS06, PceGA34, UDP98-412, PS12AO2 and PMS2. RFLP method for allelic variants of PavCNR12 gene of fruit mass was developed. Sweet cherry genotypes were analyzed with CPSCT038 та BPPCT034. UPGMA dendrogram was constructed. On the basis of results of investigation were developed Rcommendations for genotyping of stone fruit crops (sweet and sour cherry), data base of DNA-genotyping of stone fruit crops (sweet and sour cherry) were formed.
