Methods of investigation: karyotyping, i-FISH, clinical, haematological, morphologycal. Aim: to estimate spectrum of quantity and structural chromomal abnormalities in bone marrow cells at relapse of B-CLL and MM . Results: by karyotyping more often were revealed sn relapse of B-CLL (48,2 %), diploidy clones - in MM (81,3 %)..Tthe deletions are predominated between structutal rearrangements (63,8 %), and chromosomes17, 13 and 11 (25,5 %. 16,4 % та 12,7 %, karyotyping), genes ATM and TP53 (i-FISH analysis) in B-CLL. Comparison results of karyotyping of BM cells and nd B-blasttransformed lymphocytes of peripheral blood was revealed different chromosomal abnormalities, which evidence about different origin. In relapse of ММ in structural rearrangements were often involved chromosomes 1, 7 and 19. Between structural abnormalities were dominated balanced translocations and derivatives chromosomes. Unfavourable prognosis were registered together karyotyping and i-FISH method (relapse of В-CLL and ММ - 66,7 % и 32,6 %,68,4 %, respectively). Atypical distributon of signals in MM were formed by increased quantities signals of locus 4p16, 6p21, 11q13, 14q32, 16q23 and decreased intensivities of locus 6p21, 16q23, that can evidenced about new mechanisms to form abnormal clones.
