The purpose of the work is to determine the effect of circadian temperature stimuli during the period of embryonic development of chickens on egg hatchability, quality of young, productive indicators of hens. Methods of research - physical, zootechnical, embryological, and statistical. The method of effective temperature stimulation of chicken embryos is developed, which allows to improve the hatchability of eggs, the quality of young animals, its productive indices by 2-3% due to the increase of the adaptive ability of the poultry to changing environmental conditions. Analysis of various parameters of thermostimulation of embryos regarding their influence on the indices of egg hatchability, the quality of young animals showed that the increase in the temperature in the incubator at 1.00 C for 6 hours every day from 8 to 18 days of embryonic development has the best effect on the results of egg incubation. The application of such a regime of temperature stimulation of poultry allowed to obtain, in comparison with the control, by 2.5-3.2% higher rates of egg hatchability. Estimation of the productive parameters of the bird of the experimental group, which was used for the temperature stimulation regime, showed that the chickens of the experimental group since the 26th week of age had higher indices of bearing on the average bearer by 1.1-2.4 pc. eggs and intensity on the medium carrier at 3.8-8.0%, which can be explained by increased adaptive ability of the poultry to changing environmental conditions. The results of the research work were implemented on incubation eggs of egg and meat and egg hens (Act of June 22, 2018) with a total of 15 thousand pcs The yield of young animals and the egg hatchability in experimental groups were on average 3.0-3.5% higher than control. The economic effect per 1000 egg laied on the incubation was 247.0 UAH (for egg hens), for meatand egg hens - 468.0 UAH. Recommendations on the application of the developed method of temperature stimulation of poultry are set forth in the new edition of the methodical manual.
