A block diagram of the equipment of the ARC unit standard as a whole has been developed, the composition and technical requirements for main elements of the ARC unit standard have been determined. The functional electrical circuits of ARC reference measures are presented. Electrical circuit diagrams have been developed for ARC reference measures with nominal primary currents up to 1200 A and up to 5000 A. Methods have been developed for the study of ARC reference measures in order to determine their metrological and operational characteristics. Comparative studies of samples of two-stage current transformers have been carried out in order to determine the optimal design and production technology of ARC reference measures . ARC unit standard research in general done. The research results are positive. Materials for standard of the ARC unit have been prepared for consideration by the selection commission and approval of the standard. The conclusion on the results of the commission is positive. Carrying out these works will ensure the storage, stable reproduction and transfer of the ARC unit by the state primary standard, which creates conditions for ensuring the unity and traceability of the ARC measurements and reliable metering of electric energy at all stages of its production and consumption in the field of electric power industry of Ukraine.
