Methods of temperature-programmable desorption, molecular beam, diffraction of slow electrons, isothermal desorption, Auger-electron spectroscopy, contact potential difference were used. Based on the results of research defined physical findings practical recommendations for the development of scientific foundations of technical trends and technologies control surface structure and its properties, the creation of materials for nano- and spintronic devices, protective coating for nuclear reactors and spacecraft were proposed.
