We have found that application in the fertilizer system of sod-podzolic soils of organic fertilizer produced by biological fermentation in a dose of 8 t/ha combined with post-pelvic residues for different methods of basic soil cultivation contributed to improving agro-physical, agrochemical soil characteristics, which contributed to increasing yields during all years of the study: 1. The yield of spring barley in 2016 was the highest in the version where plowing was carried out at a depth of 14-16 cm and used organic fertilizers "Bioproperm" at a dose of 4 t/ha + mineral N68 + P40 + K40. and amounted to 2.56 t/ha of gain to control. 2. The highest grain yield increase of wheat of winter wheat of Polisska 90 in 2017 was on variants, application of mineral fertilizers and organic fertilizers "Bioproperm" for plowing on 14-16 cm and discounts of 10-12 cm, respectively 3,07 and 3,16 t/ha, or 91.7 and 92.2%. 3. The best yields of the early Class 93 spring wheat were 4.17 t/ha or 1.64 t/ha more control in the version where 8 t/ha organic biofertilizers were introduced and during the vegetation two-time spraying of plants was carried out by the regulator the growth of "Vermimag" by 8 l/ha for the surface cultivation of soil by 10-12 cm, or the same variants of deep and shallow plowing respectively 0.68 and 0.47 t/ha. It is recommended to carry out the production on a shelf (plowing on 14-16 cm) or surface soil tillage (10-12 cm disks) with the use of organo-mineral fertilizer system ("Bioproperments" - 4 t/ha + N68 + P40 + K40) or the organic system Fertilizer ("Bioproperty" 8 t / ha) with two-time spraying of plants during vegetation by the growth regulator "Vermimag" at 8 l/ha.
