All parts of production and sales are strictly controlled by the certification authorities authorized by it. The use of any chemicals, mineral fertilizers, synthetic additives, genetically modified components is not allowed. The study of the use of humates and agrotechnical measures in the technology of cultivating organic products where mineral fertilizers are not used is relevant at this stage. The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of environmentally safe elements of organic buckwheat production technology With the refusal of mineral fertilizers for organic production, the effectiveness of the use of humates was studied, in particular the processing of buckwheat seed by a herbal preparation Gumifield, incl. Spraying of crops Fulvital Plus sp.v. and inter-row workings to improve the growth and development of plants, stabilize the phytosanitary state of crops and form ecologically pure products. According to the results of research, ecologically safe elements of the technology of organic production of crop production in the Precarpathian region were obtained, where the highest yield is 1.92 t / ha, net profit - 16043 UAH / ha and profitability level - 366% and the lowest cost of 1 t grain - 2281 UAH was obtained for the integrated application of seed treatment by Gumyfield d., carrying out of two interlinear treatments and two spraying of crops Fulvitol Plus. Deducted reduction of indigestion of buckwheat by 84,0%. At the same time, the yield increased by 0.77t / ha, or by 67,0%. The combination in the technology of organic production of buckwheat humates with agrotechnical measures makes it possible to significantly improve the growth and development of buckwheat plants, increase their competitiveness in relation to weeds, increase grain yield and obtain environmentally friendly products.
