The aim of the research is to improve the scientific and organizational bases of marketing and transfer of innovative products, conduct marketing research taking into account the market conditions of science-intensive products in various areas of the automotive industry of Ivano-Frankivsk region and transfer of innovative developments. Methods of research dialectical, abstract-logical, economic and statistical the use of methodological approaches applied in international practice, in particular, must comply with the requirements of ISO 17025; as well as according to scientific publications of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, DNSHB. The basic information about the scientific and organizational bases of marketing and transfer of innovative products was obtained and studied. Marketing researches of innovative products on the example of rape, as a model object, and transfer of innovative developments of the Precarpathian state agricultural research station are carried out. The offer of seeds on the domestic market of rapeseed in the context of the quantity and range of varieties and hybrids of winter and spring rapeseed is characterized by expansion of market capacity, dominance of foreign breeding innovations over domestic developments, intense competition in the winter rape segment and low competition in the rape segment. During the reporting period, a transfer 27 and the implementation of 19 scientific developments: 2016 - transfer of 33 developments and implementation of 9 scientific developments; 2017 - respectively, 38 and 6; 2018 - 24 and 6. For three years 13 license agreements were signed for the right to use 11 varieties of plants. The implementation of science-intensive products (seeds) for the reporting period totaled 7084,78 thousand UAH. The main consumers of this product are individuals in the region. "Data Bank of Innovations of the Precarpathian SSGDS" was updated; Recommendations "Methodological approaches to the transfer of innovations in different areas of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the account of the peculiarities of resource and organizational and economic conditions in the Ivano-Frankivsk region" were worked out.
