According to the results of research, elements of cultivars of grain cereal crops for the conditions of the Western Forest-Steppe have been developed. The optimal terms of sowing of the triticale of winter (second decade of September) were determined, where, on average, during the years of research on inoculation of seeds by polymicobacterin against the background of N60P45K45, the productivity of the winter triticale increased by 2.04 t / ha or by 60.7%, where the level of profitability was 103%. Application for inoculation of microhumane in combination with mineral fertilizers N60P60K60 in barley ferment provides an increase in yields by 2.00 t / ha, or 65.6%, where the level of profitability was 112%. Consequently, the use of microbiological drugs against the background of the optimal dose of mineral fertilizers contributes to the improvement of the growth and development of crop plants, increase of productivity and economic efficiency.
