These plants are a source of biomass that is used to replace gas. when cultivating 1 million hectares of energy crops and an average yield of 11.5 million tons / year, it is possible to replace up to 5.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year. Potentially, Ukraine can replace energy crops with about 20 billion cubic meters of gas, which will help to achieve energy independence. Given these facts, growing energy crops is an important factor for modern Ukraine in the way of replacing gas. During the reporting period, the main advantages of using biomass from bioenergetic crops were substantiated, this classification of bioenergetic crops by sources of their formation was substantiated, a detailed analysis and economic evaluation of the technology of cultivation and processing of the main types of bioenergetic crops in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine were conducted. The analysis and economic evaluation of the technology of cultivation and processing of the main kinds of bioenergetic crops as the main types of fuel when used at the enterprises of Ukraine are carried out. Proposed proposals on adaptation of foreign experience of technology of cultivation and processing of basic kinds of bioenergetic cultures, taking into account domestic conditions. The methodical recommendations for the analysis and economic evaluation of the technology of cultivating and processing bioenergetic crops in the conditions of integration of the agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy into the European space have been developed.
