The expression for SIS'IS contact is valid for an arbitrary value of the electrons passage coefficient and the thickness of the intermediate S' layer. An assessment of the obtained result correctness is its consistency with known results for the limiting cases of low barrier transparency and the transition to a certain dependence for SIS contact - if the thickness of the S' layer is set to zero.
