Mobilization with the redistribution of cells throughout the organs is observed during the implementation of the immune response, stress, administration of adrenaline and dexamethasone. Lipopolysaccharide pyrogenal is highly active in mobilizing hematopoietic stem cells in mice and people with the infectious syndrome of immunological insufficiency. For the first time it was established that under the influence of pyrogenal leukocytosis is induced, which, unlike the usual, involves mobilization of HSC, CD3, CD4, and CD8 lymphocytes. Repeated administration of pyrogenal also restores the state of the immune system. Regenerative activity is also inherent in multiple transplantation of multipotent stromal cells (MSCs), platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and a combination of MSCs and PRP. The data obtained enrich the understanding of the mechanisms of functioning of the immune system and open up new prospects for the practical application of these drugs.
