This immobilization method avoids the stage of chemical modification of the matrix and antigen, and provides target antigen immobilization. The possibility of using the fusion protein rhIL7-BAP, which consists from IL7 and bacterial alkaline phosphatase (BAP), for the screening of immune combinatory libraries of the cDNAs of the immunoglobulins V-genes was shown.
