Locus TGLA53 - maximum number of alleles; ВM2113 - the most polymorphic; BM1818 - low heterozygosity degree. A high frequency of the A-allele of the kappa-casein gene (0.677) and the L-allele of the growth hormone gene (0.903) was detected. Animals with AALL and ABLL complex genotypes were characterized by high rates of total milk yield and milk fat content.
