The purpose of the work is to investigate the peculiarities of the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism for the effective use of productive resources in organic cultivation technologies of cereals and oilseeds. The results of researches - the methodical principles for the formation of an economic mechanism for managing variable costs for different protection systems and plant growth stimulators in organic cultivation technologies of cereals and oilseeds have been developed, which leads to a reduction in the cost of introducing plant protection products and to ensure the reduction of the level of chemical loading on the soil. On the basis of researches, technological maps are calculated and the norms of costs for growing of cereals and oilseeds for organic technologies are determined. The economic analysis was carried out and the economic efficiency of growing of cereals and oilseeds by organic technologies was calculated. The authors have provided suggestions on the formation of an economic mechanism for efficient management of variable costs for different protection systems to be used in the application of organic technologies for growing cereals and oilseeds.
