Depending on the nature of the substituents, these dyes can increase the intensity of the emission to dozens of times in the presence of fibrillary aggregates, while they are less sensitive to native proteins. The sensitivity to amyloid aggregates depends both on the substituents on the amino group and on the nature of the aryl groups. A series of phthalocyanine complexes of zirconium and hafnium with ketoenol ligands have been obtained, their spectral-luminescent properties have been studied. The influence of the nature of the solvent on the intramolecular energy transfer was studied. It is established that the complexes obtained are able to absorb light in a wide range and transfer energy from the beta -Kethenol ligand to the phthalocyanine macrocycle.
