The goal is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of seminoma in various stages by ОК_ВК.82 modifying the existing methods of chemotherapy and radiation treatment, introducing the tactics of unilateral orchiectomy and active observation in order to improve the quality of life of patients. Research methods - general clinical, sonographic, ст, PET ст, histological, immunohistochemical, immunological. A risk-adapted algorithm for treating and monitoring seminoma has been developed and introduced into clinical practice, which allows to avoid negative effects of radiation therapy. The algorithm is based on the results of a clinical examination (primary tumor size <4 cm), morphological examination of the testicle (germination of the testicular mesh (rete testis), determination of the expression of microRNA-371a-3p in serum, AFP, hCG and CT. The presence of one or a combination of these factors significantly increases the risk of recurrences in the future. The study of the effectiveness of the risk-adapted algorithm has shown that the presence of one or more unfavorable prognostic factors increases the likelihood of a relapse to 4% in the absence to 19.6% when they are available, it is proposed to conduct 1-2 courses of carboplatin chemotherapy in patients with a poor prognosis Product Description popup.authors Негрей В.
