Methods: clinical-laboratory, immunological, immuno-enzymatic, statistical. The role of immune, hormonal and inflammatory and non-inflammatory forms of chronic abacterial prostatitis was determined. It has been established that chronic inflammation of the pre-myocardial infraction in patients with CAP is accompanied by a significant increase in the serum plasma and serum concentration of SLIPI, IL-8, TNF-alpha, IL-17 and a decrease in the concentration of IL-6 and TGF-beta 1 compared with the data of healthy men (p<0,05). Combined treatment of patients with CAP by the course of rectal electrostimulation and antidepressant (sertaline) caused a significant increase (p<0,05) in the content of ejaculate cytokines, mainly anti-inflammatory activity (IL-10, TGF-beta).
