Hypermethylation of CpG-sites of GPX3, LRRC3B and RASSF1 gene supplements on ecDNA by the method of methyl-specific PCR in patients with RCC was detected. It has been established that micro-RNA miR-30s-5p and miR-138-1 inhibit overexpression of oncogenes and can be used as potential serum and tissue tumor markers of RCC.
