The purpose of the work is to study and systematize sources on archeology and history of Ukraine stored in the collection of the National Museum of History of Ukraine, the introduction of new scientific information about them as well as popularization of the archaeological collection of the museum. The results of the research work - analysis and systematization of materials of a number of archaeological collections stored in the NMHU funds. The research results were introduced into scientific circulation. It is about materials of different periods - from the Paleolithic to the time of the late Middle Ages.
