The purpose of the work is the acquisition, attribution and systematization of new documentary and material materials from the modern history of Ukraine, their introduction into scientific circulation. Research methods. In the process of working on the research, common scientific methods were used to identify and process factual material related to the operation of the united forces in the east of Ukraine. The method of system analysis was used in the study of the activities of diplomatic missions of Ukraine abroad, charitable organizations and sports associations in the process of implementing their main functions. Structural analysis is used to distinguish the system of facts relating to the object of research from a set of historical realities. Research results - collected, systematized and analyzed materials of modern history of Ukraine, which were discovered in the XXI century. A significant source material was introduced to the scientific circulation, which allows tracing changes in the military, political, economic, social and cultural sphere of Ukraine. The information obtained in 2018 will reveal and show all the important processes in the life of the Ukrainian people. The results can be used to create new generalizations and specialized studies on various aspects of the history of modern Ukraine, in the preparation of training courses in secondary and higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
