Methods of research - comparative, descriptive, historical, visual, historiographical and documentary research methods. In some cases, the results of technical and technological research were used. The results of the research work - the works of arts and crafts and art of the 17th-20th centuries are analyzed and systematized. The works of fine art were introduced to the scientific circulation: the icons of the Podillya and Koyevsk schools of the nineteenth century, works of graphic arts from the memorial collection of theatrical and decorative art of Sergei Lifar, works of Western European graphic art of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, sculptures and porcelain products of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries ., works of painting of Ukrainian and Polish artists: a historical portrait of representatives of the Polish gentry, prominent Ukrainian hetmans, genre painting, landscape of the XVIII-XX centuries, postage stamps and cards on religious subjects, work on scientific topics has shown that museum objects of fine arts and crafts from previous incomes have been processed only partially, therefore, they require attribution: definition of authorship, dating and place of creation.
